ABMG: Open Letter for Asian TV Drama, South Shore High

Dear AsianBoston Family, Friends, and Associates,

AsianBoston Media Group (ABMG) is about to embark on a worthwhile journey, starting with a fundraising campaign via Kickstarter.

The campaign is to finance a pilot episode of an Asian TV/Web Drama titled, South Shore High, and from this pilot, our mission is to garner interest in order to produce an ongoing series. This is significant because we believe it’s the first series of this type in America. We are confident that the timing is ideal for this production.

As you know, ABMG has been providing opportunities in commercial and film projects for all types of talent, and especially at the forefront of Asian talent in New England/NYC for many years.

So here we stand at a precipice, and to ask something of you…

We are asking you to please review our campaign and to get involved in making this drama pilot come to fruition. Although the primary concept of South Shore High will focus on Asian roles, there will be many scenarios for all types of actors as the series progresses and per ongoing subject matter. We also encourage many local communities and businesses to assist, because this will create local industry paying jobs and need for many related services, and subsequently, everyone benefits.

ABMG is especially reaching out to Asian writers, directors, producers, actors, filmmakers, production crews, and other industry professionals to be part off this venture. This is when and where you can showcase your talent for a meaningful venture...the time is now.

On Tuesday, January 3rd, 2017, I will hit the button to commence this campaign, and will be reaching out to you, and hope you become collectively responsible for bringing this locally based production to light.

Thank you very much.

Videographer Needed (PAID) for New Production in Boston: REALITY of REALTY!

Hi Everyone!

We have a client producing a new show, REALITY of REALTY, set in Boston and metro areas.

ABMG is looking for a competent, reliable, creative, and experienced videographer for the project, and possibly for editing as well.

This will be a reality type show and will involve following the host through daily activities and events in order to capture candid, humorous and interesting moments and scenarios.

The candidates must have their own equipment and must be experienced. At this time, the editor/editing process is TBD.

There is a possibility of the client hiring two teams that may eventually follow two hosts. The client has a positive outlook for tremendous growth for this project. The goal is an ongoing TV/Web series.

If interested, please send links to sample work, equipment list, and availability for Nov/Dec/Jan to

Because of the potential sporadic shoot schedule, we are looking for someone extremely flexible, and prefer someone who does this for a living.

This is a paid gig, and rate/payment will be determined accordingly.

I need to be straight out and must emphasize the following: Competent, Reliable and a Person of YOUR WORD! If not, we cannot work with you.

We are looking forward to your interest in this venture.

Thank you.
